UPDATE: Heidi doing beautifully in foster care. She is more sure of herself and less fearful of certain people. She has come a long way and is ready for her forever home. We do not recommend a home with children because Heidi can become very fearful with unexpected activity. ORIGINAL STORY: Heidi is a wonderful 9-year old girl, who does not act her age! Her owner fell on hard times and could no longer keep her. She was raised with Precious (age 13) who is also on our website. Heidi is one of my favorite dogs. She is very sweet but unsure of herself and scared at times. She needs to be in a very calm and understanding environment so she can trust again. She really needs a foster home but is in a very attentive boarding situation now. Heidi 's adoption fee is $100, which includes all vetting (spay/neuter, all vaccinations including rabies, heartworm test & started on prevention), started on flea/tick prevention and a leash & collar.
