HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method, is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education, enhanced by hypnosis techniques, providing the missing link, that allows women to use their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birthing in a way that most mirrors nature.

Emphasis is placed on both pregnancy and childbirth as well as on HypnoBirthing®. As a birthing method, HypnoBirthing® is as new as tomorrow & as old as ancient times.
HypnoBirthing® teaches you along with your birthing companion, the art and joy of experiencing birth in a more comfortable manner. You learn to release all prior programming about birth, how to trust your body and work with it, as well as how to free yourself of harmful emotions that lead to pain causing fear and unyielding muscles. HypnoBirthing® stresses prenatal bonding and the mind/body connection so its important to start classes early in your pregnancy so you have time to practice the tools taught.

Group Classes are $325 per couple and include book, 2 CD’s, handouts, and instruction from the only HypnoBirthing Instructor in the area who is a Practicing Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
