Sally Female Tiel (Bobs sister) Sally is a gorgeous tiel but is VERY FLIGHTY and will tend to break every blood feather so she is considered special needs. Now that being said, she has been put in a large semi flight cage with 3 other tiel ladies and her jumpiness has dropped 99% she even sits on the food bowl while I feed. There is a FEE for SALLY, but you will also get a free tiel as her buddy and we recommend a large cage so if she does flip out she isnt banging into the sides and breaking blood feathers.
