This automotive supplier has diversified themselves in order to stay productive in changing economic markets. They are looking for a talented Quality Manager to join their team that has the same commitment to quality as they do. This company is a high volume manufacturing facility for the automotive industry. They are TS16949 certified, and pride themselves on the quality of their products. This company will provide you with a friendly work environment, diverse duties and responsibilities, and good benefits.
As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for:
Maintaining the TS16949 policies, procedures and documentation
Maintaining Customer relationships - provide solutions to their concerns
SPC, FMEAs, PPAPs, Corrective Actions, root cause analysis, visual inspection, etc.
Manage, lead, and develop a quality staff to be proactive and reliable
Process improvements, proactive problem solving, scrap reduction, and product improvement
Implementing a quality focused mentality and procedures throughout the manufacturing environment
To be considered for this role you must have:
5-10 years of Quality Management in a high volume automotive manufacturing environment
A four-year degree - ideally in engineering or technical related
Proven experience improving quality and presenting results
Formal Quality training - ideally some quality certifications
