As a process improvement engineer you will:
Identify and develop ways to improve manufacturing processes
Lead lean or six sigma projects throughout the plant
Improve process within the chemical, thermal, and cooling processes
Follow GMP, FDA, and Safety regulations
Troubleshoot plant equipment
To be considered you must have:
A four-year engineering degree; ideally BS in Chemical Engineering
Proven experience improving processes within a processing plant
3- 10 years experience - ideally in the food, chemical or pharmaceutical experience
The willingness to role up your sleeves and get out on the plant floor
