This leading corporation makes products that are found in homes across the United States. They are a fast paced manufacturing environment in a stable industry. They are currently expanding and need to add a talented Maintenance Engineering Leader to their staff.

Duties and responsibilities include:

" Supervising 12-15 Maintenance Technicians in a union manufacturing facility
" Training/Motivating/Mentoring Associates
" Ensuring production equipment is running
" Preventative maintenance
" Supervising teardown/cleaning of equipment
" Supporting continuous improvements
" Managing projects
Requirements
" Four year degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical)
" Five to 10 years of previous maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
" Willing to work an off-shift
" PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley preferred)
" Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
" Relocation assistance will be provided
