As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for:
Supervising, directing and leading a maintenance crew on troubleshooting activities, and preventative/predictive maintenance programs
Developing and implementing continuous improvement activities in the maintenance area
Enhancing the plant reliability programs and methodologies
Developing and following maintenance budgets
Process Safety Management procedures and PSM Integrity
To be considered for this position you must have:
A four-year engineering degree (BSME or BS Chemical Engineering)
Maintenance Management experience in a chemical plant or processing facility
Process Safety Management (PSM) experience
Equipment reliability experience
Experience with CMMS
Solid work history
