*Job Description: This is a long term contract opportunity or a possible contract to hire. There are 7 people in this team and we would like someone to stay for at least two years but there is a chance to go perm for the client. We want candidates to commit for a 2 year project. They are going to upgrade all their MS systems to Office 2007 so experience with 2007 or knowledge of Office 2007 or a similar rollout it would be a plus.

This role is an 8 week rotation:
6 weeks (9am to 6pm).
1 week early shift (7am to 3:30pm)
1 week late shift (11:30am to 8pm/12pm to 9pm)

Must Haves:
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Great communication and customer services skills
Prefer A+ but not required.
General MS Office skills, password resets
Ability to speak Japanese or a great understanding of the Japanese work ethic and culture.
(Japanese course study, Internship with Japanese company, Study Abroad, etc..)
Wish List:
Experience with CATIA- similar product to AutoCadd or Cadd

Salary will start at between $11-13/hr depending on qualification.
